Pink Sands is an Artist’s resort. A place Roxy Topia and I conceived for the things we do with others. A website, zine press, artist residency, our own studio and a gallery space. Self-publishing with others describes it quite well. Passion projects, shared laughs and conversations that interest us with people we know have plenty to give.
Taking in expanded ideas of pattern and desire, social ritual, cognitive behavioural patterns, ornament, bodily identity, component-based design. There are interviews and features, artist books and creative writing in print and online. All done to our own schedule, in Birkenhead since 2018.
